Drivencertify is fully committed to compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the North American Parliament (North American Privacy Principles).

1. Data Privacy Safeguards

Vehicle history reports check public and official VIN registration logs. Private owner names are anonymized in compliance with EU privacy law.

2. Secure 256-Bit Encryption

All customer orders and payment transactions are secured end-to-end via TLS 1.3 256-bit encryption.
